Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, I do not ship internationally at this current time.
How will I receive my item?
All orders will be sent 2nd class standard shipping within the UK and starts from £3.35.
I aim to have your items wrapped and sent within 5 working days of your order being placed (not applicable to made to order items). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout.
If you need your order in a hurry, please do get in touch. I will always try to speed the process along if possible.

What is your Return Policy?
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or the incorrect item has been sent, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item + packaging/ incorrect goods (as applicable), together with your order number. I will do my best to make sure you are happy with a refund or a replacement item. Please note that a replacement item may not immediately be available if not already in stock.
As a small business, I will look at other returns on a case by case basis, so please consider carefully before making your purchase. Each item is handmade and as such there will be variations in size and colour.
Please note that the cost of shipping for any returned items will be your responsibility and the goods must reach me in a re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund.
Returns are not accepted on made to order items, seconds or any pre-ordered items.
What is your policy on being Environmentally friendly?
All the packaging I use is either biodegradable or from recycled materials. I try my best to lower my carbon foot print where possible and I am always looking for more ways to make my business more environmentally friendly. Please help me in this by recycling any packaging you receive from Fern and Bird.
I have seen something I like but it is out of stock.
If you see something you like and it is currently out of stock, send me a message. I do take the odd commission however please be aware that handmade pottery takes time and care to make, and each item is made by me alone. If you would like something specific please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate. However, please be aware that I am only a one man band, not a corporation, and there may a wait to get it made for you.
